About

Deseree M. Comrie has been a Florida Bar licensed attorney for over 10 years, since 2013, and a Federal Bar licensed attorney for over 9 years, since 2014, in the Middle District of Florida (May 2014) and the Southern District of Florida (March 2014). Attorney Comrie holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Florida College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), with a major in English and minor in French, from Stetson University. She also had the opportunity to participate in a French Semester (Spring) Study Abroad Program in Dijon, France.


Ms. Comrie worked as an attorney (and quality assurance attorney) in the areas of civil litigation, discovery production, and civil governmental investigation requests on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. In her own practice since 2015, she represented clients in the area of contract reviewing, drafting and negotiation. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Ms. Comrie worked in Contract Management. Here she reviewed, drafted and negotiated domestic and international equipment and also service power industry contracts for an international Fortune 500 company.

Attorney Comrie volunteered to work as a Pro Bono Guardian Ad Litem Attorney representing and advocating for the best interest of minor dependent children.
In addition to her memberships with the American Bar Association (Business Law Section) and the Orange County Bar Association (Business Law Committee), Attorney Comrie is currently a member of the George C. Young American Inn of Court, an organization of legal professional (judges, lawyers and law students) dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in the legal profession.

Currently, Ms. Comrie works on homeowner’s insurance claims. She represents the homeowners in their claims related to property damage against their insurance company to ensure fair and adequate recovery for her clients.
